• Fully fund 30 fellows , creating a multi-sectoral community of leaders across the Pacific Flyway in Latin America
• Develop partnerships across the academic, public and private sectors coast-wide
• Integrate conservation science with development projects, resulting in effective conservation impact at priority sites
